Intact red-figure cinerary urn vessel with lid.
The red-figure decoration covers both sides of the vessel’s body. It depicts clothed female figures and between them a winged figure — Eros.
It was found in a tomb of the Western cemetery of Ambracia and dates back to the Classical Period.
It is exhibited at the Archaeological Museum of Arta (INo 5689a,b) in Hall A/ Public Life.
